How to Order
Secure Online Ordering
Once you have selected the items you want to purchase, you are ready to place your order. The Mission Motif offers a four-step ordering process:
· Finalizing the items in your Shopping Cart
· Checkout Review
· Checkout Confirmation
· Thank you/Order Acknowledgement
Step 1: Shopping Cart
The shopping cart contains all the items you selected while shopping. During this step, you can add or delete items, change quantities, enter any promo code that you may have, or redeem a gift certificate. While viewing the shopping cart you may also choose to “continue shopping”. Be sure to click on the button labeled “Update Quantities, Promo Code & Gift Certificate” once you are ready to proceed to the next step by clicking “checkout”.
Step 2: Checkout Review
On this page you may still update quantity information, promo codes, and redeem gift certificates. Enter purchaser billing information and shipping address. Be sure to indicate whether the shipping address is residential or business. After the shipping information has been entered you will have the opportunity to enter any comments you may have before continuing the checkout process.
Step 3: Checkout Confirmation
At the bottom of this page you will be prompted to enter your credit card information. Please check over the information you have provided. If it is correct, click the "Continue" button to proceed to the secure server; otherwise, click the "Edit" button to edit your information.
Step 4: Order Acknowledgement
Your will receive a Thank You message that your order has been received, and a receipt has been sent to your email address. For your privacy the credit card information is masked to show only the last 4 digits of the card that you used.
Order Via Phone
The Mission Motif is also available to take orders via phone as well during regular business hours;
Tuesday – Saturday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. – 4p.m. EST.
