The Berkeley Flush Ceiling Mount BCM-12 is a handcrafted ceiling fixture by Arroyo Craftsman, inspired by the lantern work of Gustav Stickley and Dirk Van Erp. Built from spun brass with riveted construction and fitted with slumped art glass lenses, it carries a UL damp location rating and accommodates two medium-base bulbs — well suited for covered porches, entryways, and interior spaces with lower ceiling clearance.

Custom made to order, the BCM-12 is available in the full range of Arroyo Craftsman finishes and art glass options. Shown in Bronze with Cream glass, its bold peaked roofline complements Craftsman, Tudor, Victorian, and contemporary architecture with equal ease.

Cleaning & Care

To preserve the beauty of your Arroyo Craftsman fixture, dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or chemical solvents, which can damage hand-applied metal finishes. For art glass shades, wipe gently with a damp cloth and dry immediately.

Metal finishes are living surfaces that may develop a natural patina over time — this is characteristic of unlacquered finishes such as Raw Copper and Mission Brown. To slow patina development, apply a thin coat of paste wax periodically and buff lightly.

Always turn off power before replacing bulbs or cleaning. Use only bulb types and wattages specified for your fixture.
Warranty

Arroyo Craftsman fixtures are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, conditions outside the fixture's UL rating, incorrect bulb types or wattages, or normal wear of living finishes.
