Shipping and returns

Returns Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of an item that has been Special Ordered with your chosen options.  We can not accept the return of an item that has been installed or used in any way. We will not accept returns on any item that is not defective or damaged from shipment after 7 days of its delivery.

In the event that we do accept a return within this 7-day period, the customer is responsible for return shipping and associated costs along with insurance. A return fee of up to 20% of the item's cost and the initial shipping will not be refunded to the customer.

RETURN OF CURTAINS: All curtain returns will be assessed the 20% return fee. 

To initiate a return, please e-mail info@missionmotif.com or call 404-370-1505 to report any damage, defect, or other reason, and you will be contacted within 2 business days with further instructions. The customer is responsible for appropriately repacking in the item's original container and the shipping cost back to The Mission Motif 747 Miami Circle NE, Atlanta, GA 30324. The Mission Motif reserves the right to provide a store credit in lieu of a cash credit in some cases.

Cancellation/Change Policy

Most of our items are made to order items crafted to your specifications or perhaps based upon options that you have chosen. The Mission Motif makes its best effort in presenting the specifics about an item such as sizing, finish and approximate lead times. Once your order has been placed with our craftsman or manufacturer, your order CAN NOT BE CANCELLED or CHANGED, and the customer is responsible for any balance due on the item. In many cases, particularly with furniture pieces, a 50% deposit is required to secure a position on the maker's schedule to produce your item. In the event that we are able to cancel your order, the customer is responsible for any credit card fees if applicable. 

It is important that you ask as many questions as necessary about a product that you are interested in PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER.  

Shipping of Accessories

We can ship all accessory items to any address in the contiguous United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii or international destinations.

Furniture Delivery

Once your furniture is ready to ship, we'll provide a window of time for delivery. Once you confirm this window, our delivery team will finalize their schedule and give you a more specific arrival time (when possible).

White Glove Delivery Includes:  
Furniture protection: Your furniture will be blanket wrapped for protection.
Inside placement: Two movers will carefully carry the furniture into your house and set it up in your living room, dining room, office, or bedroom.

Please note:
Mirrors are not mounted on walls as part of this service.
Freestanding clocks are not installed, and pendulum and weight setup is not included. However, we will provide instructions to help you complete this yourself.

Delivery charges are based on destination and product(s) ordered. Our minimum delivery/shipping charge for furniture is $195 for qualified areas, and in most cases we can honor this price depending on the size of your order and if delivered on one truck.
